Cross disciplinary team members and founding stakeholders were brought together to participate in a full day workshop that was intended to help establish their core brand. Through a series of team exercises, we were able to clearly define their brand positioning and go-to-market strategies around their new product and company launch.
Within two weeks of brand development, the company launched marketing initiatives to begin executing business development for early adopters and existing clients.
